Statement.

Section 1: Our commitment

TapClicks, Inc. is committed to providing digital experiences that people with disabilities can use with independence, dignity, and equivalent access.

Section 2: Our accessibility goal

Our goal is for the Tap digital experiences covered by this statement to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. WCAG provides testable guidance for making digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Unless TapClicks publishes a current evaluation stating otherwise, this goal should not be read as a claim that every page, feature, document, or third-party component is fully conformant. We continue to test, prioritize, and remediate barriers as Tap evolves.

Section 3: Measures we take

Depending on the experience and our level of control, our accessibility program may include:

  • Using semantic HTML, meaningful heading structures, descriptive labels and links, and WAI-ARIA only where needed.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation, logical focus order, visible focus indicators, and ways to bypass repeated content.
  • Reviewing color contrast and avoiding color, shape, location, sound, or motion as the only way to communicate meaning.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and captions, transcripts, or audio description for important prerecorded media when applicable.
  • Supporting browser zoom, text resizing, responsive reflow, orientation changes, and reduced-motion preferences.
  • Designing forms with programmatic labels, clear instructions, understandable errors, and practical recovery guidance.
  • Considering accessibility during design, development, content creation, procurement, quality assurance, and release review.
  • Testing selected pages and critical journeys with automated tools and manual methods, including keyboard and assistive-technology review where appropriate.
  • Training relevant team members, tracking reported barriers, and prioritizing remediation based on impact and severity.

Section 4: Scope

This statement applies to the public Tap website at tapmein.lovable.app and to Tap digital experiences directly owned and operated by TapClicks that expressly link to this statement.

It does not automatically cover third-party websites, connected platforms, embedded services, customer-created dashboards, customer-supplied content, or documents and experiences that TapClicks does not control. When an applicable customer agreement addresses accessibility for a paid Tap service, that agreement controls for the service it covers.

Section 5: Compatibility and technical specifications

Tap is designed for use with current versions of widely used browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies. Accessibility may be reduced when a browser, operating system, or assistive technology is no longer supported by its provider or when accessibility features, styles, scripts, or cookies needed for a requested function are disabled.

The Tap website relies on technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, and WAI-ARIA. We use these technologies with the goal of supporting accessibility and interoperability. If a particular combination of technology does not work for you, please contact us so we can investigate and offer a practical alternative where reasonably possible.

Section 6: Testing and ongoing review

We use a combination of automated checks and manual review. Depending on the page or feature, review may include keyboard navigation, screen-reader use, zoom and reflow, color contrast, focus behavior, form errors, reduced motion, media alternatives, and common desktop and mobile breakpoints.

No single testing method can identify every barrier or every user need. We use testing results, user feedback, changes in standards, and the impact of a barrier to guide remediation. We review this statement at least annually and after material changes to the covered experience.

Section 7: Third-party and customer content

Some Tap experiences rely on third-party tools or display content configured or supplied by customers. TapClicks may not control the design, code, documents, media, or accessibility of those materials. We consider accessibility when selecting and working with providers where practical, encourage customers and providers to support accessible experiences, and will help identify a practical alternative when reasonably possible.

Section 8: Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or functionality may not yet work equally well for every person or in every technology combination. Areas that may present limitations include:

  • Third-party scheduling, chat, cookie-preference, form, video, or embedded components that TapClicks does not fully control.
  • Older documents or media that may not yet include complete structure, text alternatives, captions, transcripts, or reading order.
  • Customer-created dashboards, visualizations, reports, uploads, and other customer-controlled content whose accessibility depends on the customer’s design and source material.
  • Complex data visualizations or connected-platform content that may require a text summary or another format for equivalent access.

We are reviewing these areas and will update this statement when material limitations or alternatives change. If a limitation prevents you from getting information or completing a task, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we investigate the barrier.

Section 9: Need help or want to report a barrier

If you have difficulty using Tap, encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in another format, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative and address the issue.
